The space
Step into Villa Laurenda, a private three-bedroom villa designed for comfortable and relaxed living, located in a quiet new residential area of Nyanyi, offering a peaceful setting away from busy tourist areas.
As you enter through the private entrance, you are welcomed by your private swimming pool, setting a calm and private atmosphere from the very beginning. It is a refreshing place to cool off during the day and a comfortable spot to relax in the evenings.
From the pool area, you step into a spacious enclosed living area designed for everyday comfort. The living room is fully air-conditioned and features a TV with Netflix access, so you can log in with your own account and enjoy your favorite shows and movies.
The living area flows naturally into a fully equipped kitchen, suitable for preparing anything from simple breakfasts to home-cooked meals. Next to it is a large dining area for up to 8 people, perfect for shared meals and relaxed gatherings.
All three bedrooms are located on the second floor, offering added privacy and a quiet place to rest. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, and one of the bathrooms includes a bathtub, ideal for a long, relaxing soak after a day out. Each room is thoughtfully arranged to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.
Villa Laurenda is set within a new and calm residential neighborhood in Nyanyi, making it ideal if you prefer a quieter environment. Cafés, restaurants, and daily conveniences are reachable by a short drive, and Canggu can be accessed easily by scooter or car whenever you feel like exploring livelier areas.
Your stay includes regular housekeeping, pool maintenance, and concierge support 24/7 on call/test, to ensure everything runs smoothly. Fresh towels and bed linens are provided and refreshed regularly, so you can settle in comfortably and focus on enjoying your time.
There is shared parking available with other units within the complex. If you plan to bring a car during your stay, please let me know in advance and I will be happy to check the parking availability for you.

- Nyanyi Beach is just 2 km away, perfect for morning walks or enjoying beautiful sunsets by the ocean.
- The famous Tanah Lot Temple, one of Bali’s most iconic landmarks, is only a 10–15 minute drive from the villa.
- If you’re in the mood for lively cafés, beach clubs, or restaurants, the trendy area of Canggu is about 20–30 minutes away.
- As Nyanyi continues to grow, there may occasionally be construction nearby causing noise inconvenience during day time only.
