VBM Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms

  • A Deposit of 25% of the total amount of your stay (before deduction of discounts, if any) will be charged upon confirming your reservation via our platform.

  • The remaining balance of the reservation will have to be paid either during the check-in procedure (in cash, or via debit/credit card -3% fee-), or before the check-in date (by paypal transfer, or bank transfer. Transfer fees, if any, are not included)

  • Discounts, if any, will be deducted from the remaining balance of the stay that is be due before, or during your Check-In procedure at the villa.

  • The Deposit is not refundable. (except for medical emergencies or in the event of "extenuating circumstances"*).

  • No Security Deposit is required. However, the guest will have to pay for any damages made to the property or its amenities.

*Regarding the current Cov-19 situation worldwide, VBM will provide a full refund for cancellation requests that fall under "extenuating circumstances" (Travel ban / Medical certificate or forced quarantine) preventing you from traveling within 30 days prior to arrival. A certified document / medical certificate might be requested in order to verify that the cancellation request does fall under "extenuating circumstances".

 

House Rules

  • Check-In time is 3pm / Check-out time is 11am*. A Maintenance Manager will be present to assist you during your Check-In and your Check-Out. (*might be flexible depending on the villa availability).

  • Do not smoke inside the rooms. Only smoke in the open areas. Kindly use the ashtrays provided by the property.

  • No extra visitors are allowed for overnights, unless specifically asked to the Host or Maintenance Managers, who will be able to provide extra beds upon request (extra cost).

  • No parties or events.

  • No loud noise and/or music late at night.

  • Use the safety box(es) provided by the villa to store your valuables and remember to close all doors when leaving the property. VBM, the staff, the host and/or the villa cannot be held responsible for any lost items.

  • No security deposit required, however any damages made to the villa or its amenities during the stay would be fully charged to the tenants before the check-out procedure.

  • No sublease can be made of the property to external guests.

 

 

Included Services

  • Daily Cleaning 6 days per week. If requested, the housekeeper can also come in on Sundays for an extra fee**.

  • Change of bed linens every 4 days**.

  • Change of towels every 2 days**.

  • VIP Concierge Services with exclusive prices on Services, Activities & Tours.

  • Emergency Assistance 24/7.

**These conditions might vary for monthly stays at some properties under the Special Current promotions.
