The Space

Villa Laurent is ideally located in a quiet residential area at the gates of the famous district of Seminyak, 5 minutes from all shops and delicious restaurants.
This modern villa of 120m2 on a plot of 2.5 aras has a large swimming pool of 10m x 3m with a big sunbathing area and an incredible view over the rice paddies. A fully equipped and very functional american style kitchen overlooks the sitting / dining room opening onto the garden and swimming pool.
The two spacious bedrooms are air-conditioned and each has a king size bed, cabled LCD TV, a safety box, slidding doors with black out curtains and a large dressing room. One has a bathroom with bathtub and shower and the other has a shower.

Villa Laurent is located in the peaceful & quiet Bidadari neighborhood witch is ideally located 1.5 km away from the center of Seminyak with its restaurants and shops and 1.8 Km from the beach of Ku De Ta. The International Ngurah Rai Airport is located 7km from the site.
